Country Manager (Spain, France, Russia, Eastern Europe)

Play Match is looking for Country Managers for the the following countries/areas: Spain, France, Russia, Eastern Europe.

Main responsibilities and duties:


The Country Manager, reporting to the Company General Management will handle the following duties:
setting up of the commercial network for the assigned area
definition of the commercial and sales strategies for the assigned markets
direct management of clients (during the start up phase only)
subsequent setting up of a customer care service and technical support to deal with all clients' requests

Experience

We believe the ideal candidate has gained a solid experience in sales management and in the acquisition of new customers especially operating in the financial field.

Knowledge and Skills

Solid technical knowledge of the Web
Excellent knowledge of the assigned country language, both in verbally and in writing
Excellent knowledge of Excel / Power Point
Excellent analytical skill
Proficiency in business English
the ideal candidate has gained a strong customer facing experience

Personal Skills:

The ideal candidate:
is 35-40 years old
is available for frequent business trip in the assigned area
is highly willing to operate in the Gaming on Line field
has strong capability to build and manage a Sales Team
has attitude to work in an international context
